Whether you own one unit or manage thousands, you are part of a larger community of landlords who provide rental housing to half of the population of Madison and Dane County. The Madison Landlord Council is committed to helping landlords like you succeed in the rental housing industry.
We offer meaningful tools and information. Our members stay on top of rental housing issues and receive up-to-date information through monthly meetings, e-mail, and educational classes. Members can network with other local landlords and learn from experienced professionals.
The Madison Landlord Council is an affiliate member of the Wisconsin Apartment Association. As a MLC/WAA member, you will receive an information-packed monthly newsletter and will be represented by our lobbyist working on rental housing issues of statewide concern.
We advocate responsible landlord-tenant public policies and oppose proposals that would negatively affect the rental housing industry.
